What you will do You will work hands-on with international top-tier manufacturing companies on their digital transformation journey. You will be a key driver in bringing the ONIQ Software into real-world operations - delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and sustainability for our customers. You will support the end-to-end customer journey for our AI-driven manufacturing software - combining engineering skills with business mindset. You will work cross-functionally within ONIQ to maximize customer impact and play a key part in ONIQ’s overall success. You will: Guide our customers throughout the entire customer value journey - from the first software demo through the pilot phase to the final roll-out Become a trusted advisor to our customers, supporting them in rolling out the ONIQ software across the organization and using it to improve production processes and achieve measurable results Use your know-how of production processes and your understanding of the customer’s pain points to identify how the ONIQ software can become a major value driver for the customer Build a strong and trusted relationship with our customers Promote ONIQ by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry events Contribute to ONIQ’s product strategy by bringing in client feedback and ensuring the software stays aligned with customer needs What we expect from you Entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to take ownership, move things forward and help shape a fast-growing industrial tech company Genuine drive to create visible impact in manufacturing and to help industrial companies work more efficiently, sustainably and intelligently Hands-on, pragmatic working style and the ability to make progress in a fast-moving, agile environment where priorities can evolve and not every path is predefined Strong customer focus and the ambition to create measurable value for both our customers and ONIQ Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and work confidently with different stakeholders, from operational teams to senior decision-makers Clear, confident communication style and the ability to explain complex topics in a practical, customer-oriented way Ability to quickly understand customer challenges in production and translate them into clear, value-creating use cases First relevant experience in production management, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, industrial engineering, operations consulting, or a similar production-related environment Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field Excellent language skills in English and German (C1 level) Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings, workshops or industry events, typically around 2-4 on-site meetings per month Motivation to spend time with the team in person.
