Product Engineer Electrical Engineering/ EGSE (m/f/d)
Your Role as EGSE Engineer (m/f/d) In this exciting role, you will take ownership of all matters related to Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE). Your contributions will be essential to ensuring our space systems are fully supported from day one, playing a crucial role in the success of our missions. Your responsibilities will include the specification and procurement of EGSE components, technical supplier management, as well as the development and maintenance of GSE solutions as required.
Your Tasks
1. Specification and Procurement: Define specifications and requirements for EGSE to ensure the optimal performance of our spacecraft
2. Supplier Management: Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of EGSE components
3. Development and Construction of EGSE: Develop and build EGSE components in-house as needed to meet project-specific requirements
4. Integration and Maintenance: Ensure proper functionality and continuous maintenance of EGSE systems throughout the project lifecycle
5. Quality Assurance: Support testing and verification processes to ensure all systems meet space industry standards and project needs
Your Qualifications
6. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
7. Practical experience with EGSE or Ground Support Equipment, ideally in the aerospace sector
8. Strong knowledge of electronics and communication systems development and testing
9. Experience in supplier management and coordination of external service providers
10. Analytical thinking, high-quality standards, and a structured approach to work
11. Strong communication and teamwork skills, fluency in English
