Stirling Dynamics is recruiting a Project & Supply Chain Manager for our office in Hamburg, Germany. Our team in Hamburg mainly focusses on cabin interiors and covers the entire spectrum of product development and manufacturing, from the initial idea and concept through to the first prototypes, followed by certification and, finally, series production. As Project & Supply Chain Manager, you will manage ongoing engineering and certification projects and subsequently the delivery of interior products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution and reliable supplier performance, enabling our Core Team to focus on product innovation and our long-term vision of a circular economy for cabin interiors. We are looking for a highly organised, communicative, resilient, and independent individual who enjoys working across projects, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This role will be predominantly based in our Hamburg office with occasional travel as required. As part of our commitment to flexibility, we also accept hybrid working. Project Management Administer projects in line with internal project and product workflows Support project start up and prepare standard documentation and records Collect and consolidate project data (hours, costs, forecasts) and maintain the ERP system Manage project progress in terms of time, cost, and quality Prepare financial data: budgets, estimates at completion, invoicing profiles Produce regular monthly project reports as required to communicate project status Support resource planning and participate in team resource levelling Manage internal and external stakeholder communication Supply Chain & Procurement Handle procurement requests and ensure supplier requirements are clearly defined Prepare supplier selection lists including pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines Prepare and maintain up to date Bill of Materials (BOM) for diverse products Place purchase orders according to company procedures Manage customs clearance processes Organize and document incoming or source inspections Arrange transportation and track deliveries to ensure on time arrival Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent Proficiency in MS Office Suite Business level English and German Hands on mentality Strong communication skills Structured, organized, reliable and pro-active We hire for attitude — skills can be taught Candidates should have 3 years of experience in a similar role.
