For our Digital R&D we are looking for a passionate, empathic, and innovative Senior Software Test Architect (f/d/m) who wants to play an integral role in the development of our digital products with a main part in ensuring the function, stability and reliability of our digital products. A successful candidate will drive the SW testing aspects of a portfolio of several mid- to large-scale software solutions and help to enable a cross-divisional, cross-departmental, setup of teams for successful delivery.

Responsibilities
5. Test strategies for our embedded and cloud & App software
6. Strategic guidance for the SQA (embedded and C&A, 15-20 persons) and the DevTeams and their testers (15-20 teams)
7. Collaborate in a dedicated Agile, cross-functional team setup
8. Overlooking and managing the test activities of DevTeams on the one hand and SQA on the other
9. Developing and controlling KPI for software quality and steering the test activities
10. Safeguarding of highly innovative digital products for Vorwerk customers
11. Supporting the developing teams to take end-to-end responsibility for technical and operational aspects of deliveries
12. Initiating and moderating exchanges between developers and testers in our communities concerning testing
13. Explore and propose new test approaches
14. Contribute to further improve our software quality and performance
15. Overlooking the service management process (software incidents)
Requirements
16. Ideally several years of professional experience in software development and testing skills in embedded and cloud solutions
17. Ability to excel in an agile and open environment
18. Open and clear style of communication
19. Strong focus on customer value and customer experience
20. Bachelor, Master, PhD in Computer Science or other technical fields is considered a plus in addition to your practical work experience
21. Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
