As a Technical Sales Manager, you will act as the key link between customers and our solutions, combining technical expertise with commercial acumen. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to customers within your region and proactively generate new projects that drive future growth. Drive sales activities, achieve revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction
Acquire new projects and customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts
Define and implement sales strategies for European customers
Provide technical support and consulting to customers, including internal and external training sessions
Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, and production sites to translate customer needs into new projects
Work closely with Customer Service, Key Account Management, and other internal stakeholders
Manage customer projects in coordination with internal teams
Strong interest in technical sales and customer relationship management
Competency in CRM, SAP, and MS Office
Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills in German and English
Consultative sales and business development mindset
Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with long sales cycles
