Job Title: C3 Project Manager (TESA)
Location : Ramstein AB, Germany
Job Responsibilities
The Technical Project Manager will provide functions to support IT project management activities at unit level, this involves overseeing all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with support personnel and communicate clearly with government leadership.
* Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data.
* Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures.
* Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
* Proven experience with the equipment covered under the contract.
* Proficient in utilizing computer-based project management tools.
Minimum Qualifications
* Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).
* Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required .
* Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development.
* At least five (5) years of management and supervisory experience overseeing military hardware and software development projects.
* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in systems analysis.
* Required certification: Security+.
* Able to travel to support mission up to 50%.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Management, OR an Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience.
