Job Description
The Graphic Design Project Manager leads and coordinates creative design projects that support the mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This role ensures that all visual communication aligns with Church standards and effectively supports gospel-centered initiatives across print and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
* Manage graphic design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with Church values and timely execution.
* Collaborate with internal teams including designers, translators, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality visual content.
* Define project scope, set expectations, and coordinate with peers across departments.
* Oversee the creation of print and digital assets such as branding materials, event advertising, manuals, brochures, banners, and more.
* Monitor project timelines and allocate resources efficiently.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to designers and freelance contributors.
* Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all design projects.
* Lead a creative team of graphic designers including contractors
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and creative project management.
* Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in design across various media formats.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Deep understanding of the Church's mission and values.
* Availability to work for 12 months under a temporary contract form any country of Europe Central Area
