Your key responsibilities You’re responsible for our brands Maribo and Hilleshög in international markets, including China, Japan, North Africa, the Middle East and India (country portfolio may evolve over time). You translate and implement the UBS Marketing & Sales strategy into clearly defined objectives for the countries for which you are responsible, to ensure that the goals for the region can be realized. You take ownership of the sales forecast (volume, value and delivery timing) ensuring a rolling 3-year forecasting horizon. You oversee pricing execution and ensure market competitiveness. You ensure alignment with UBS standards in execution, branding, and customer engagement. You drive agent and distributor performance through regular reviews, training, and support. You monitor market trends and competitor actions to adapt strategy for the assigned territory. You manage the Maribo and Hilleshög marketing strategy at country level, including pricing, sales plan and branding. You manage the participation in national organizations, seed associations and national committees. Your profile You have a Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in an international sales or commercial role, preferably within the seed industry or broader agricultural sector. You have sales leadership experience in managing indirect sales channels (agents, distributors). You have strong negotiation skills to manage contracts, pricing, and terms with partners. You understand cultural differences and are able to adapt your communication style accordingly. You’re able to influence without direct authority and have great interpersonal skills. An excellent command of English is essential; additional languages (e.g., French, Arabic) are a strong asset. You’re available to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
