Operational Buyer (m,f,d)
What tasks await you?
* Supplier Management: Independent support of a defined product range in the area and management of strategic suppliers from third countries
* Procurement Management: Initiating orders and order tracking as well as resolving any order disruptions
* Logistics Management: Including coordination and monitoring of deliveries of goods from home and abroad
* Transport and Customs Handling: Including customs document checks and administration from third countries
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring of order processes including complaints processing
What do we expect from you?
* Completed training in the commercial sector
* Appropriate professional experience in the operational procurement of complex product portfolios, desirable in the field of electronic/mechatronic products
* Experience in the field of material scheduling desirable
* Team player with organizational talent
* Strong communication skills and good analytical skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Confident handling of MS Office
