Our team of around 20 people is responsible for sales, development, planning, and project management throughout Germany. Aufgaben Responsibility for the delivery of our diverse turnkey timber construction projects – from the planning phase through to handover to the client Overall responsibility for schedules, costs and quality within the projects Leading and coordinating the project team and acting as the central point of contact for clients, authorities and specialist planners Ensuring smooth project execution through clear communication, structured collaboration and proactive project management Planning, tendering and awarding subcontractor services as a foundation for successful project delivery Close collaboration with estimating, sales, production, installation and site management teams as well as coordination with all project stakeholders Profil Degree in engineering or architecture in the field of building construction, ideally complemented by a technical or trade background Strong knowledge of approval and execution planning, procurement processes, contract management, as well as schedule and cost control Independent, structured and precise working style combined with a forward-looking mindset and the ability to confidently represent decisions Good IT skills in the use of tendering and scheduling tools, construction project management software and Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills, communication abilities and negotiation skills when working with project stakeholders, as well as enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration Several years of professional experience in project management of turnkey construction projects and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken Wir bieten We cultivate cooperation on an equal footing and a warm “you” among ourselves—right from the start.
