* Commercial management of international consultancy contracts
* Preparing price quotations for proposals
* Preparing contracts for clients, partners and freelancers
* Invoicing clients
* Checking and processing incoming invoices, project expenses, as well as local petty cash accounts
* Correspondence with clients, experts and partner companies
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
* Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or business studies with professional experience of more than 5 years / knowledge in a similar position; preferably project business
* Excellent written and spoken command of French and English
* Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
* Independent and methodical way of working
* Good knowledge of accounting in accordance with Germany’s Commercial Code (HGB/ Handelsgesetzbuch)
* ERP experience
