Together with Helsing our mother company, we are developing Europe’s first autonomous combat aircraft, CA-1 Europa.
Your Mission
* Shape and execute sourcing strategies for direct materials
* Analyze global procurement markets and identify/qualify best-fit suppliers
* Lead contract and price negotiations with national and international partners
* Establish framework agreements with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery reliability
* Partner closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance to secure material availability
* Conduct cost analyses and unlock savings opportunities
* Track market and technology trends to strengthen our long-term procurement strategy
* Drive cross-functional projects within supply chain and process optimization
What You Bring
* Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or comparable field
* Several years of strategic procurement experience in aerospace industry
* Solid expertise in contract and negotiation management anc aerospace certification
* Proficiency in SAP (MM, SD); SAP S/4 HANA experience is a plus
* Strong analytical mindset and proven negotiation skills
* Fluency in German and English (C1 or higher required)
* Team-oriented mindset with ability to work across departments
