Tasks
1. Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or completed vocational training with 5 years of professional experience, preferably in hospitality management
2. Plan and implement occupational health and safetey measures (e.g. Gefährdungsbeurteilung), coordinate first responders (e.g. Erst-/ Brandschutzhelfer)
3. Prepare and post communications regarding front office and facility
4. Take on (sub-)projects and special tasks for and deputize for the disciplinary superior
5. Perform other tasks and/ or projects, as assigned
6. Functional guidance and development of less experienced co-workers, interns, working students and (vocational) trainees

Requirements
7. Bachelor & 3 years or vocational training & 5 years professional experience preferably in the fields of hospitality management
8. Strong communication skills and high intercultural competence
9. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
10. Confident, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
11. High service orientation
12. Computer literate (i.e. MS Office and relevant software)
13. Fluent in English and German
