We are looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to support and develop the human resources strategy for our operations in Germany. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth and culture of a rapidly expanding company.
Your Mission
In this pivotal role, you will act as the strategic HR lead for the German market, partnering with the country leadership team and regional HR to implement core initiatives across talent, learning, employee experience, and compliance. You will also coordinate a small team of HR professionals and serve as the key driver of HR excellence at the country level.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main HR advisor to local leadership, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
* Localize and implement global HR strategies in areas such as talent development, onboarding, performance management, and employer branding.
* Provide expert guidance on German labor law and manage complex employee relations matters.
* Analyze HR and business data to define local people priorities.
* Drive leadership development and organizational change initiatives.
* Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, including recruitment, training, and employee lifecycle processes.
* Promote company values and act as a cultural ambassador for the brand.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role.
* Strong background in retail or fast-paced multinational environments.
* Fluency in German is essential; English at a professional level (C1 or higher) is also required.
* Deep knowledge of German labor legislation and HR compliance standards.
* Strategic thinking, with the ability to turn insights into impactful HR solutions.
* Confident, hands-on leadership style with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel within Germany.
