Project Manager for Overhead Line Construction Professional Overview Our client is a specialist subcontractor supporting major TSO projects across Germany. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in overhead line construction (OHL) to lead the delivery of 110 kV – 380 kV projects for small to medium-sized electrical and power subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project delivery for overhead line construction works across Germany. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials, logistics and scheduling to ensure safe, timely and high-quality execution. Serve as the primary interface with TSOs, engineering partners and internal stakeholders. Monitor progress, manage risks, track budgets and ensure compliance with German regulations and technical standards (e.g., VDE, TSM). Oversee documentation, reporting and HSE requirements. Support tendering, planning, and resource allocation activities. Required Experience & Skills Proven experience delivering overhead line construction projects with German subcontractors or EPC partners. Strong understanding of civil, electrical and structural aspects of OHL builds. Fluent German language skills (C1) and good English desirable. Hands-on, flexible and proactive working style with a strong work ethic. Ability to travel nationwide across Germany as required. Experience supporting or interfacing with TSO projects (50Hertz, TenneT, Amprion, TransnetBW) is highly advantageous.
