Overview
Senior Digital Product Manager (m/f/nb) role at Conrad Electronic Group. Join the Website Team within the Tech & Product department to own the strategy and roadmap for key areas of the website, including the homepage, entry category pages, and header. Your work will directly shape the user journey, enhance discoverability, and optimize conversion funnels.
Responsibilities
* Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for the homepage, category pages, header, and footer, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and user needs.
* Lead the creation, prioritization, and execution of a data-driven product roadmap. Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives to maximize impact.
* Conduct thorough user research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify opportunities, uncover pain points, and deeply understand user behavior across your areas of ownership.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and SEO. Inspire and guide your dedicated squad to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
* Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. Make informed decisions on what to build next, always focusing on ROI.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the homepage, entry category pages, and header. Continuously analyze performance, conduct A/B tests, and iterate to drive improvements.
* Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and alignment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a significant track record of owning and launching successful digital products or features.
* Demonstrated experience managing high-traffic, customer-facing web properties, with a strong understanding of e-commerce or content-rich websites.
* Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies to inform product decisions. Comfortable with data extraction and analysis.
* Deep empathy for users and a commitment to creating intuitive, delightful, and highly effective user experiences.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively to diverse audiences.
* Natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, capable of influencing without direct authority and fostering strong relationships.
* Solid understanding and experience working in an Agile development environment.
* Fluent German and English skills.
