Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Europe Regional Scope (BESS)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growth in BESS business and across the wider European region. This role goes beyond a single-country focus—you’ll act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, helping shape and deliver people strategies aligned with business goals in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to drive business performance through effective people strategies
* Support and manage recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and hiring processes
* Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
* Lead and support change management initiatives, especially in a dynamic energy market environment
* Drive employee engagement, culture, and leadership development across multiple locations
* Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues in line with local labor law and regional practices
* Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on learning & development, and compensation & benefits
* Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with regional/global HR policies
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the energy, industrial, or related sectors
* Proven experience supporting regional (multi-country) business operations, not limited to a single-country scope
* Strong knowledge of local labor law and HR practices; familiarity with broader European HR landscape is a plus
* Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organizations
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level
* Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive transformation initiatives
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Fluent in English and one of European languages German or Spanish preferred.
