Your Contribution
As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are the first HR contact person for managers and employees at the plant and provide proactive advice and support on all HR-related topics, in line with the Group-wide HR strategy.
1. Assumption of all tasks related to operational HR support, such as preparing contracts or certificates
2. Supporting and implementation of HR measures, taking into account legal, contractual, collective agreement, and personnel-related framework conditions
3. Support in workforce and succession planning within the respective area of responsibility, as well as management of individual compensation determination based on job evaluation
4. Collaborating within the team to optimize and harmonize HR processes
5. Participating in local as well as strategic HR projects
Your Experience and Qualifications
6. Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a certified HR specialist, or a degree in a related field
7. Several years of experience in HR administration or as an HR Specialist in a metal and electrical industry company
8. In-depth knowledge of labor law, collective agreement law, and social security regulations
9. Quick comprehension combined with a structured and independent working style
10. Balancing personal concerns with business requirements and expectations in interactions with people
11. Strong strategic thinking, conceptual skills, and project management competence
12. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various interfaces at all organizational levels
13. Confident handling of SAP R/3
14. Very good command of English, both written and spoken
