For our Business Unit Cereals at KWS Lochow GmbH, we are looking for a Project Manager Marketing and Digital Services (m/f/d) for the location in Einbeck at the earliest possible date.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will shape the digital tool portfolio for the Business Unit Cereals by being responsible for the steering and implementation of our future-oriented marketing projects for the Business Unit Cereals, with focus on the development and implementation of digital tools and services.
This exciting position is permanent and full-time.
These will be your key tasks and areas of responsibility:
1. You develop the digital tool strategy for the Business Unit Cereals crops (e.g. Cereals, Oilseedrape, Catch Crops, Sorghum) in alignment with the overall strategy
2. You drive and steer the digital tool process (idea, assessment, implementation) for Business Unit Cereals across several functions (e.g. digital farming experts, product management, sales, IT experts)
3. You identify new tool opportunities delivering added value for the farmer
4. You optimize and expand the existing digital product portfolio
5. You develop and implement tool relevant marketing campaigns
6. You provide support in global marketing projects in close collaboration with other global stakeholders
7. You analyze and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of digital tools and marketing product campaigns
Your Profile:
8. University degree in agricultural sciences or in business administration, ideally with focus on marketing or agribusiness, or comparable fields of study
9. First experience in the Agricultural Industry, ideally in digital farming
10. Project management experience in international contexts, with the ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries
11. Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage
12. Self-driven and goal-oriented work style with high initiative and drive
13. Open and persuasive personality with excellent stakeholder management & communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
14. Willingness to travel internationally occasionally (up to 10%).
15. Analytical skills and ability to design and implement new solutions
