Your key responsibilities include:
7. Build, maintain, and optimize existing business relationships
8. Acquire and manage accounts with a focus on event agencies and pharmaceutical companies in the DACH region
9. Actively seek out new business opportunities and monitor market trends
10. Represent your markets through business trips and trade fairs
11. Act as the main contact for contract negotiations and proposals
12. Apply your market knowledge and customer analysis skills effectively
13. Coordinate national and international inquiries and offers
14. Conduct telemarketing and mailing campaigns
15. Organize and support Fam Trips, presentations, and Sales Blitzes
16. Contribute new ideas for client care and acquisition
17. Identify and develop potential markets early on
18. Co-develop sales strategies aligned with budget targets
19. Support and share expertise with your colleagues

20. Passion for sales and client relationships
21. Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
22. Team player with a positive attitude, high commitment, and negotiation skills
23. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
24. Proficient in MS Office
25. Degree or training in hospitality or tourism preferred
26. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or events
