What's the role?
The Technical Project Manager will lead complex software development initiatives within the engineering organization. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business units, this role is responsible for aligning project goals with organizational strategy, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely delivery. The position requires both strategic oversight and hands-on coordination to drive results across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, finance, product management, and sales.
2. Structure and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
3. Manage planning, execution, and delivery phases of development programs.
4. Track budget usage and optimize resource allocation.
5. Attend customer meetings with sales team, supporting technical discussions and solutions.
Who are you?
Qualifications:
6. 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
7. Strong technical understanding of agile software development and databases.
8. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
9. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
10. Experience or familiarity with GIS and mapping technologies.
