What you will be doing
Hydro Building Systems OPEX team is looking for a project manager. The person will take a coordination role for the overall Business Unit Operations performance.
EBS is the Hydro Extrusions system based on lean manufacturing principles. Hydro Building Systems has 11 operations sites, in which EBS is rolled out.
The main expectations for the roles are:
1. Foster a spirit of performance through process control, problem solving and sharing of good practices
2. Animate the EBS champion network: Ensure sites consistently implement the EBS principles and act according to defined A3
3. Provide support to sites on main activities: Remelt, extrusion, thermal break, painting, warehousing, supply chain Through benchmarking, good practices sharing and CAPEX support
What will make you successful?
You have a master’s degree in Engineering and have gained at least 5 years of experience in a multinational company. You have managed several continuous improvement projects in a factory environment. You have experience in lean manufacturing and a passion for best practice sharing. An experience in building systems activities or in extrusion or surface treatment processes would be a plus.
You are known for your strong leadership and communication skills, and you have led and managed multifunctional and multi-cultural teams. You have extensive experience in project management
Fluent in English, you may speak more languages.

This requires a ‘we’ attitude, the willingness and ability to work together, achieve the defined targets respecting the global scope versus the typical line scope.
