Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Europe Regional Scope (BESS) Location: Germany or Spain
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growth in BESS business and across the wider European region. Support and manage recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and hiring processes
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on learning & development, and compensation & benefits
Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with regional/global HR policies
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the energy, industrial, or related sectors
Proven experience supporting regional (multi-country) business operations, not limited to a single-country scope
Strong knowledge of local labor law and HR practices; familiarity with broader European HR landscape is a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Fluent in English and one of European languages German or Spanish preferred.
