About Our Client
For a leading global medical technology company, we are currently looking for an experienced Upstream Marketing & Product Management leader to shape the next generation of a robotics-driven inventory management platform for pharmacy automation .
In this role, you will define the multi-year product strategy and roadmap, drive next-gen new product development, and translate deep customer insights into a differentiated portfolio that improves safety, efficiency, and the overall pharmacy experience. You will work in a highly international, cross-functional environment across R&D, Quality/Regulatory, Manufacturing, Regions, and Commercial teams .
Job Description
* Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap (TAM/SAM, segmentation, personas, use cases, business cases, pricing/margin levers).
* Lead next-gen NPD programs from early concept through launch excellence, ensuring compliant and complete deliverables.
* Drive deep customer, market and competitive insights across retail and hospital pharmacy workflows.
* Support global expansion strategy (market entry sequencing, channels, partnerships, localized value propositions).
* Manage lifecycle performance, including sustaining enhancements, cost/quality programs, and end-of-life decisions.
* Enable strong stakeholder alignment and operating rigor across a global matrix organization.
* Ensure a strong quality & compliance mindset across claims, evidence and promotional materials.
The Successful Applicant
* 8-12+ years in product management / upstream marketing in automation, robotics, MedTech, healthcare IT or adjacent regulated domains.
* Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs combining hardware + software/UX .
* Strong commercial mindset: market sizing, business cases, pricing, and growth planning.
* Strong customer discovery and VoC capability; confident engaging with pharmacists, operations and IT stakeholders.
* Clear communicator with strong storytelling and data fluency.
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Pharmacy or similar (MBA/MS is a plus).
* Fluent in English; German strongly preferred .
* Willingness to travel approx. 20-30% .
