Facility Manager Facility Operations
We seek a skilled professional to maintain and repair our technical installations, ensuring they function smoothly and efficiently. This role involves hands-on work, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment, as well as documenting and reporting on these activities.
Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of technical installations, including inspections and repairs
* Troubleshooting and fault-finding to resolve issues
* Detailed documentation of work and results
* Liaison with external service providers
* Collaboration with the facilities team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Completed training in a relevant trade (e.g., Anlagenmechaniker, Elektriker, Kältetechniker)
* Proficiency in maintenance and repair techniques
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Willingness to participate in standby duties and adapt to changing priorities
