Real Estate & Facility Management Project Manager
English and German speaking
Independently plan renovation projects (office, laboratories, and possibly clean rooms) together with external partners / planners and implement them in coordination with all stakeholders
- Support of renovation, maintenance, and modernization projects together with external planning firms
-Close collaboration with/management of service providers/suppliers, including regular meetings
-Internal communication within the scope of projects
Affinity to / previous knowledge in the area of technical systems / installations in Facility Management
-Project management experience is essential
-electrical, IT, air conditioning, etc.
-Knowledge of work phases and VOB regulations, warranties, and maintenance intervals to support TGA project management and renovation projects
-MS Office, including Teams and SharePoint
