You play a pivotal role between stakeholders of Grob to deliver projects – on time, on quality, on cost.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of project and lead cross-functionally to completion
* Plan and steer project execution
* Coordinate and communicate between all parties involved
* Report on milestones and deliverables
* Responsibility for timeline, budget and quality
* This is an individual contributor role
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
* Degree or equivalent qualification
* Profound knowledge of project tools (such as OpenProject, Microsoft Project, Jira) and project methods
* Background in aviation industry is an advantage
* Comfortable in juggling multiple topics simultaneously and various stakeholders (internal and external); comfortable speaking to C-levels
* Team player attitude and a positive mindset
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; other languages such as Spanish or French are advantageous
* Willingness to travel occasionally
