Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship ManagementDevelop, manage, and grow long-term relationships with customers, including energy storage project developers, EPCs, utilities, and strategic partners in Europe.Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.Project Follow-upLead customer project tracking from early-stage discussions through to delivery and after-sales, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.Provide timely updates on project progress to both internal and external stakeholders.Market & Partner DevelopmentIdentify and maintain connections with key stakeholders in the European energy storage ecosystem, including buyers, developers, integrators, and financing partners.Build strategic collaborations to support market expansion.Business Development in New EnergySupport business opportunities in PV, EV charging, and energy storage projects, leveraging local experience and networks.Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.Sales Support & StrategyWork closely with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to support product positioning and business strategy.RequirementsEducation : Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related fields.Experience :Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management or project follow-up within the energy storage industry in Europe.Strong track record of customer engagement and project execution.Familiarity with European energy storage partners, buyers, and project stakeholders is a must.Experience in PV, EV charging, or other renewable energy projects is highly desirable.Skills :Strong customer relationship and communication skills.Solid project tracking and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of local market dynamics, regulations, and partnership models in Europe.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; additional knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
