We hire a Senior (Lead) Product Owner "Agentic AI platform" (all genders) for a multi-billion global Market Leader.
Salary: up to 135.000 Euro p.a.
Location: Munich (hybrid, high remote flexibility, apprx. 20% day trips within South-Germany)
Important: This is a mostly hands-on & partly strategic role.
Reporting to Head of AI with C-Level exposure.
You own the rollout and the execution of a new agentic AI platform for +20.000 employees at global scale.
1 year goal: 100 agents. You start with 20 AI KeyUsers, embedding AI in their daily work + enabling them to create their own agents in a no-code/low-code way. You scale AI capabilities.
You own the global platform’s entire lifecycle including product vision, roadmap and strategy execution, ensuring it is aligned with business goals and C-Level Management.
Key responsibilities
* "Do-er" - You are 100% involved in the PLM - actively driving value.
* Shape the company`s AI Vision
* Define the product roadmap & own it's execution & delivery
* Manage the agentic AI platform backlog by creating, prioritizing and refining epics and user stories
* Collaborate with AI development & data platform teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers
* Operate in Kanban in recognition of the uncertainty of a fast-evolving technology
* Main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the development team
Qualifications
* Understand AI capabilities (including LLMs, SLMs, ML, GenAI) and align them with specific enterprise needs
* Together with an AI Strategist you ensure the agentic AI platform conforms with all values, ethical considerations in AI, the Worker’s Council and the EU AI Act.
* Understand the governance and guardrails needed around democratization of agent building via low-code/node-code agent building to support the meaningful and responsible adoption of AI
* Experience with AI platform operations including AI FinOps and collaboration with IT on Cloud Platform operations
* Nice to have: specific experience with Voice and translation agents
