Your tasks
9. Execution of detailed work preparation for new and series production, including the successful implementation and control of production start-ups.
10. Creation, maintenance and continuous optimization of detailed work plans according to applicable engineering specifications and processes.
11. Close, collaborative partnership with production, including the implementation of regular feedback and coordination cycles.
12. Definition, needs-based coordination and provision of industrial assets such as tools, machines and equipment
13. Active support in the event of production problems or escalations, as well as participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP)
14. Constructive collaboration in industrial changes and assuming the important interface function between design, production and the supply chain.
15. Independent execution and targeted support of FMEA / PFMEA analyses for quality assurance
16. Ensuring seamless data quality and compliance with configuration management throughout the entire production environment
Your profile
17. Successfully completed technical studies, for example in the field of engineering, aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or completed training in a metalworking or technical profession with many years of relevant professional experience (e.g. as an experienced technician)
18. Solid, long-term professional experience (at least 5 years) in the areas of manufacturing/production, manufacturing engineering, and production planning and control.
19. In-depth and confident knowledge of common Windows and MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) as well as Google Workspace
20. Solid knowledge of SAP (especially SAP/R3) and ideally initial practical experience with the systems Taksy, Gesy or Tesy
21. Fluent German skills and proficient English skills for smooth communication in an international environment
22. Excellent communication skills, strong team orientation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate complex tasks in a structured manner.
