Water Industry Development Expert

We seek a highly experienced professional to join our team and support us in shaping our future.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water industry development, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or industry development.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as water technology, business administration or a related field is required. A master's degree is an advantage.

* Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth in the areas of water treatment and fluid dosing technology.
* Analyze the global market and competition, identify new business opportunities and markets.
* Lead and develop the department for industry development in the water sector.
* Develop and implement the global industry strategy for water in close collaboration with the VP Global Sales and Customer Services, product management and marketing.
* Nurture relationships and customer interactions in the water and water projects sectors.
* Manage teams and build communities in an international environment.


Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

* A deep understanding of the water industry and its challenges.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills on an international level.
* Experience in leading and motivating teams, ideally in an international matrix organization.
* Fluent German and English language skills, additional languages are an asset.
