Context :
* You will take ownership of a strategic initiative: implementing the Depobank tool at the heart of the depositary banking business. This gives you direct impact on how a key banking function operates for years to come.
* You will operate in a hybrid role that blends structured project leadership with actionable business support. This means you won't just manage slides, you will actively shape a tool used daily by operational teams.
* You'll collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, giving you visibility and influence across IT, business teams, and the external vendor. This exposure strengthens your strategic positioning and accelerates your learning curve.
Responsibilities :
* Lead the full implementation of the Depobank tool, giving you the chance to deliver a high‑visibility project end‑to‑end and leave a measurable footprint.
* Serve as the key point of contact between business, IT, and the vendor, a role that allows you to build strong internal credibility and develop your authority in a regulated banking environment.
* Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical paths, enabling you to sharpen your project governance skills and demonstrate your ability to handle complex, multi‑layered initiatives.
* Run project ceremonies (weekly meetings, reporting, risk reviews), giving you the stage to influence decisions and structure the project's pace.
* Manage vendor coordination, reinforcing your negotiation, prioritization, and delivery‑quality expertise.
* Drive UAT execution, giving you hands‑on ownership of how the tool performs in real business scenarios.
* Act as the communication bridge for all stakeholders, strengthening your ability to translate technical shifts into business‑relevant messages.

Profile :
* You bring at least 5 years of project‑management experience in depositary banking or the fund industry, allowing you to apply your expertise directly to a live, business‑critical implementation.
* You are comfortable assisting operational teams during tool rollouts, giving you a role where your support directly shapes user success and product adoption.
* You have strong vendor‑management and cross‑functional communication capabilities, enabling you to influence diverse teams and guide the project toward impactful outcomes.
* You communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical groups, ensuring you can bridge gaps, reduce friction, and drive aligned decisions.
* You are familiar with Waterfall and hybrid‑Agile approaches, giving you the flexibility to adapt to the methodology that best serves the project's needs.
* You speak English fluently (French is an asset), allowing you to operate effortlessly in a multicultural environment.
