Overview BIOWEG is looking for a Bioprocess Production Assistant to support our production team in the manufacturing of sustainable ingredients. In this role, you will assist with daily production tasks, ensure adherence to quality standards and contribute to maintaining an efficient and safe production environment. Your Role Assist with the preparation and processing of raw materials Operate and maintain production equipment Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production areas Document production activities and maintain accurate records Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving production issues Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals Your Profile Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus Basic understanding of production processes and equipment Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Strong willingness to learn Solid organizational and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail Fluent in English, both written and spoken Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment About us BIOWEG is a purpose-driven company developing bio-based alternatives to fossil-based ingredients using Biotech and Green Chemistry.
