Job Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to establish and grow their business in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As the first sales hire in this region, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, and driving sales of their medical imaging solutions. You will be a hands-on contributor, directly generating leads, building a pipeline, and closing deals, while also exploring indirect sales channels and partnerships. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in solution selling in the medical imaging or healthcare technology space who thrives in a new business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Development: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities across the DACH region, identifying potential clients in hospitals, radiology centers, imaging clinics, and healthcare networks.
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the DACH market, from lead generation to closing deals.
* Solution Selling: Utilize solution selling techniques to understand client needs and position our medical imaging products as the optimal solution, focusing on the value our technology delivers to radiology and healthcare organizations.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including radiologists, healthcare administrators, and IT leaders.
* Market Expansion: Establish and promote the company’s brand in the DACH region, ensuring a strong presence through direct outreach, industry events, webinars, and conferences.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activity, provide regular reporting on progress, and update leadership on forecasts, key accounts, and market insights.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, in the medical imaging - solution selling space.
* Proven experience in solution selling, ideally within the medical or healthcare technology space.
* Demonstrated success in hunting new business, acquiring clients, and managing complex sales cycles.
* Deep understanding of the DACH healthcare market, with knowledge of key stakeholders, regulations, and trends.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and healthcare professionals.
* Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently to drive results in a new market.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and sales tracking software.
* Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed.
