Job Function: Supply Chain Planning Job Sub Function: Production Planning & Scheduling Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Norderstedt, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany Job Description: Internal posting 16.06. u2013 30.06.2026 Job Summary The Production Planning Manager (f/m/d) is responsible for all Production Planning (Master Planning, Scheduling, Inventory management) in the plant in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements to ensure satisfactory customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manages MPS, incl. GOALS, and communication to site and S&OP leadership team. Balances Inventory scenarios with plant capacities and customer service needs. Ensures adequate Raw Material inventory to support the capacity plan. Supervises production scheduling in alignment with GOALS agreement. Works in partnership with other departments such as Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering to ensure that a variety of business transactions are completed. Leads the Capacity Planners. Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills: BS or Engineering degree in Business Management, Logistics or related field. 3-5 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical company. Good interpersonal relationships & effective communication skills. ERP knowledge and computer skills. Previous experience leading people. APICS certification desired.
