Technical Account Manager / Senior Enterprise Customer Success Specialist
Technical account manager (mainly remote) - you will support customers with Demos and Product education. It will also suit anyone working in customer success for a product vendor already. This is not "sales".
Our client is a Global Ecommerce Technology Vendor. They have office across the US, APAC and Europe. Are we looking for 2 new hires in the Berlin office.
You must speak good English and fluent German and you will have 1-3 years experience working in a technical customer facing role - software support role OR customer success, OR Presales - any background working or knowing of the Hospitality / retail sector a bonus.
This is an mid level role to get into a Global Software Vendor - as Technical Account Manager you will have a key strategic role interacting with new customers.
You will be responsible for providing market leading service and will ensure that our clients receive maximum value from their investment during and after their onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing a Demo of the platform and product
* Building strong credible relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and supporting them
* Analysing and monitoring customer data to draw insights and optimisations
* Actively organising and managing operational and strategic business reviews with your customers
* Monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction and taking proactive action to remedy any concerns
Skills and Experience
* Capability to communicate effectively across a range of methods including excellent presentation skills
* Ability to digest data and relay it to customers in a clear and concise way
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ideally past customer success experience for a technology vendor OR experience working in Front office Retail / Hospitality sector.
