Electronics Technician - Assembly & Integration (m/f/d)
In space technology, precision is critical. Every single solder joint fulfils a safety-relevant function. We mainly manufacture one-off units and small series, where every single step matters. Only if each connection is reliable can an electronic system operate safely and consistently over the long term. If you have a strong eye for detail, an interest in high-tech, and enjoy hands-on precision work, you are exactly who we are looking for. You will become part of a dedicated team working with passion on electronic assemblies for demanding applications, particularly in the space sector.
Your Tasks
Preparation and kitting of electronic components
1. Prepare and provide all components required for PCB assembly
2. Ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process
3. Bend component leads, remove gold plating, and pre-tin contacts
Setup and operation of placement equipment
4. Set up, configure, and operate semi-automatic placement aids or fully automatic placement machines
5. Assemble single units and small series of electronic assemblies
Manual soldering (THT & SMD)
6. Perform manual soldering on printed circuit boards using through-hole and surface-mount technology
7. Partial and full population of complete assemblies, not only rework
Bonding and coating of electronic assemblies
8. Bond components for thermal coupling or mechanical stability
9. Apply protective coatings to safeguard assemblies against environmental influences
Integration of electronic assemblies
10. Mount electronic assemblies into module frames
11. Integrate assemblies into complete units according to mechanical drawings
Manufacturing documentation
12. Carefully document each manufacturing step using route cards and log sheets
13. Ensure full traceability, quality assurance, and process reliability
Your Qualifications
14. Completed vocational training in an electrical or electronics-related field
( Electronics Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician)
15. Very precise, structured, and quality-focused working style
16. Experience with SMD placement machines is an advantage
17. High sense of responsibility and understanding of safety-critical applicatio
