Your Responsibilities
* Processing and handling of purchasing activities
* Managing inquiries and purchase orders
* Maintaining master data and system records
* Monitoring and tracking delivery schedules
* Handling complaints and performing invoice verification
* General correspondence
Your Profile
* Commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience
* Ideally strong technical understanding in mechanics, electronics, or optics
* Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and negotiation skills when dealing with internal teams and external suppliers
* Business‑fluent English skills, both written and spoken
* Good knowledge of MS Office applications
* Ideally experience with the SAP MM module
