Project Manager / Data & Analytics Project Expert (M/W/X)
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing project activities within a digitalisation programme. This includes managing the project management office, tracking dependencies, ensuring delivery, monitoring budgets, and reporting. The role supports the organisation's transition to a digital and data-driven environment.
Job Description:
* Contribute to ongoing projects and programmes by:
1. Supporting the delivery of digitalisation initiatives, including IT system modernisation and data/reporting platforms.
2. Facilitating the shift towards a data-centric institution.
3. Guiding stakeholders in project management practices.
4. Promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Ensure successful execution of the project portfolio by:
5. Defining and monitoring key success factors.
6. Tracking status, budget, scope, and timelines at both project and portfolio levels.
7. Coaching stakeholders in project management.
8. Managing interdependencies and risks across projects.
9. Ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
10. Align project portfolio activities with business priorities.
11. Apply robust monitoring tools for budget control and project oversight.
12. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication in transversal projects.
