What your new challenge will look like
1. Own and manage strategic partnerships with external partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring effective collaboration.
2. Serve as the central interface between external partners and internal stakeholderssuch asCustomers, Key Account Management, ProductManagementand Engineering.
3. Coordinate end-to-end product development and change management, including backlog ownership, roadmapalignmentand collaboration with internal and external engineering teams.
4. Establish and drive governance routines such as roadmap reviews, deliverysynchronisationsand structured escalation management.
5. Oversee commercial topics including cost structures,contractsand internal and external billing.
6. Support sales and operations by providing productexpertisefor pre-sales activities (proposals, pilots, customer discussions).
