Moving mountains together – as Senior / Principal Project Manager Clinical Supply Systems AI (all genders) (full-time, temporary for 24 months) You are responsible for day-to-day data science activities within the clinical drug supply management function, including analytics, automation development, and technical issue resolution. Independently you realize process automations and optimizations by designing, building, and deploying custom-fit software and analytical solutions that streamline and digitize clinical supply workflows. You take on global ownership of complex data science systems and tools supporting clinical operations. You evaluate new technologies and methodologies including benchmarking from a strategic perspective, striving for an integrated analytical ecosystem that transforms supply processes, increases operational efficiency, and reduces manual effort. Your tasks and responsibilities Responsible for the definition of new data-driven features and analytics strategies, collaborating with global cross-functional teams to write the data requirements specifications to ensure an optimized and efficient process flow. Responsible for establishing and documenting global data design principles and quality standards, creating work instructions that ensure analytical solutions are robust, scalable, and consistent with broader organizational data strategies. Independently responsible for the research, development, and implementation of advanced statistical methods and machine learning models to identify patterns in user behavior, anticipate data integrity issues, and improve data accuracy across systems. Responsible for ensuring all data solutions are compliant with internal data governance policies and relevant external regulations, which supports business needs and maintains full traceability in all workflows. Responsible for communication with global stakeholders as an analytics consultant, participating in product planning and iteration cycles to evaluate new processes and ensure analytics components align with end-user needs. Independently responsible for the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of data services and API endpoints to support real-time data retrieval, including the complete deployment and support on internal servers. Responsible for error resolution that occur in data systems by performing code-level integration testing of database interactions (Oracle SQL) and model outputs, and is responsible for all steps from root cause analysis until resolution. Responsible for system lifecycle activities, including the complete documentation of all data pipelines, models, and validation logic, as well as maintaining version-controlled codebases. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of proposals for the global optimization of data-related work processes to improve operational efficiency and the end-user experience. Responsible for the evaluation of new analytical technologies and methodologies, taking into account system functionalities and integration options with existing infrastructure. Serves as a key decision-maker in defining the path forward for data-driven features.
