You are responsible for supporting the team in back-office functions through the complete lifecycle of Onboarding, Documenting, Defining and Updating Processes, Training and Knowledge Sharing, Data Quality, Data Maintenance, Service Improvements, Reporting, Communications, Change Management, Budgeting, Staffing, and Team Building so that the team can ensure best-in-class operations processes, service stability and customer-satisfaction.
