Customer Service Leadership Position
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the efficient processing of orders, resolve claims in a timely manner, and maintain high service standards. They will also be responsible for improving service quality and process efficiency across regions by standardizing systems and processes.
This includes:
* SAP (SD module) expertise
* CRM system proficiency (Salesforce Service Cloud desirable)
* Order-to-cash process knowledge
* Logistics flow understanding
* Claims management experience
A strong command of German and English is essential, as well as experience in customer service operations within manufacturing or B2B environments.
