Tätigkeiten
1. Personalführung (4 Mitarbeiter)
2. Implementierung und Entwicklung des HACCP-Konzepts
3. Koordination der Tätigkeiten des HACCP-Teams bzw. der Lebensmittelsicherheitsgruppe
4. Durchführung interner Qualitätsaudits und Betreuung von externen Audits, die von Zertifizierungsunternehmen (, EFISC, Kosher, Halal, etc), Kunden, Behörden oder ADM-Verantwortlichen durchgeführt werden
5. Interne Fehleranalysen und Fehlerkorrekturen bei Reklamationsfällen und internen Qualitätsvorfällen
6. Erstellung und Durchführung von Qualitätsmanagementschulungen für Mitarbeiter
7. Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
8. Kommunikation mit Behörden sowie Meldungen an Behörden
9. Betreuung Schädlingsmanagement
Profil
10. Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik oder Ingenieurwissenschaften
11. Kenntnisse von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen sowie Kenntnisse im Lebensmittel- / Futtermittelbereich
12. Fundiertes Wissen bzgl. HACCP
13. Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (Level C1), fließende Englischkenntnisse (Level B2)
14. Analytisches Denken und methodisch-didaktische Fähigkeiten, Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
15. Teamorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke, soziale Kompetenz und Konfliktfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung
