Your mission The role Own Application Intelligence at Userlane. You'll shape what we build across App Discovery, HEART analytics, and Portfolio Overview to help enterprises see where software spending delivers value and where it creates waste. Work with customers in healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services where software decisions have real consequences, and partner directly with the VP Product to define what makes analytics actionable. What you'll do Own product strategy and roadmap for Application Intelligence (App Discovery, HEART analytics, Portfolio Overview). Work with customers to understand how they make decisions about software spending, licenses, and adoption. Define what turns raw usage data into insights that drive action (not just dashboards people look at once). Partner with Engineering to build analytics that work with internal user behavior data and external sources (asset management tools, user attributes). Design data models and visualizations that make complex application portfolios clear to executives. Ship features that help buyers prove ROI and justify software investments. Work with Sales and Customer Success to understand what closes deals and keeps customers. Build AI-powered features that surface opportunities (license optimization, training needs, adoption gaps). This role is for you if You ship products that solve real problems. You care about what customers do with your product, not just what they say about it. You figure out what works by talking to customers and watching them use the product. You work on software that helps organizations stop wasting money on training and licenses. You see your work drive customer decisions about millions in software spending. You shape product strategy with leadership, then build it with Engineering. Your profile 5 years in product management for analytics, data products, or enterprise software. You understand databases, data models, and how to work with large datasets. You've built products that turn data into decisions (not just reports). You know data visualization and what makes insights actionable for non-technical buyers. You use AI tools to work faster and smarter. You've worked with enterprise buyers in healthcare, manufacturing, or financial services. You've shipped products that customers use to make budget or investment decisions.
