We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Stock Management team for Local Shops Quick Commerce, as part of the Onboarding & Integrations Domain on our journey to always deliver an amazing experience.

By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.
You will own the end to end stock management to provide convenience and reliability in every customer order by ensuring the right products are always available at the right time for customers in our platform in 70+ countries.
At Delivery Hero, you will lead the strategy and execution for stock management and be the end-to-end owner of key initiatives to optimize inventory availability, directly impacting our customer’s experience.

In this role you will:
1. Lead a cross-functional team in collaboration with engineering to turn complex problems into scalable solutions that improve stock accuracy and order fulfillment.
2. Own the product roadmap, making data-driven prioritization decisions and delivering high-impact initiatives.
3. Deeply understand user and customer needs, leveraging insights from research, user feedback, and competitive analysis to solve complex problems and deliver results
4. Use both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and continuously improve the products you’re building
5. Drive the end-to-end product strategy for stock management aligning it with the long-term vision
6. Identify new opportunities to innovate, understand the industry and competitive landscape and have a deep knowledge of the business
Qualifications
7. 6+ years of experience with product management
8. Experience building operational tools at scale, preferably in ecommerce, qcommerce
9. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data to drive product decisions
10. Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end in agile environments
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around shared goals
12. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
