We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead innovation in areas including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Digital Twins & Simulation-based Design, Mathematics, Sustainability, Health Tech, and Robotics.

Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate international industrial projects across AI, Engineering, and Data Science
2. Identify and develop new industrial opportunities
3. Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners and clients
4. Develop and implement advanced methods, tools, and algorithms in your field of expertise (e.g. AI, simulation, optimization, or data analytics)
5. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies into ongoing projects
6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship within interdisciplinary teams
7. Ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in all deliverables
8. Demonstrate leadership in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
Qualifications
9. PhD or Postdoctoral degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Innovation, or a related field
10. Proven experience in project management, business development, or innovation consulting
11. Strong technical understanding of AI, digital engineering, or simulation-based design
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical content into business value
13. Experienced in managing international projects, leading teams, and communicating complex ideas clearly
14. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
15. Creative, entrepreneurial and committed to continuous learning in dynamic, tech driven environments
