Are you ready to drive the commercial expansion of innovative electric construction machinery in the DACH region? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the introduction and sales of electric machines (excavators, wheel loaders, etc.) in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales growth and business development in the DACH region.
2. Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships large construction companies, rental services, government organizations).
3. Lead sales activities, including tenders and client negotiations.
4. Strengthen the dealer network and support sales initiatives.
5. Organize marketing campaigns and events to position the company as a leading provider.
What We Are Looking For:
6. At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales in manufacturing or similar sectors.
7. Experience selling construction machinery and working with dealers.
8. Fluency in German and English.
