Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. ab sofort einen Anlagenbediener in der Glüherei (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Job Description
Deine Aufgaben:
1. Wärmebehandlungsanlagen bedienen
2. Wärmebehandlungsparameter einstellen
3. Prozesse und Produkte überprüfen
4. Transport der Waren zur nachfolgenden Abteilung
5. Bedienen der Strahl- und Waschanlagen
6. Dokumentieren von Wärmebehandlungs- und Produktdaten
7. Durchführen von kleineren Reparaturen Mithilfe bei Großreparaturen und Wartung
8. Prüfprotokolle erstellen
9. Härteprüfungen durchführen
10. Messungen nach Prüfplan oder Zeichnung durchführen (z.B. Innenverzahnung von Kegelrädern)
11. Mitwirken beim Shopfloor-Management
12. Anlernen neuer Mitarbeiter
Required Skills and Education
Das bringst du mit:
Fachlich:
13. Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich oder vergleichbare
14. Gabelstaplerführerschein von Vorteil
Persönlich:
15. Gute Deutschkenntnisse
16. Verantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten im Team
17. Bereitschaft zur 4-Schicht
