About the Role: We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Media Buyer who lives and breathes paid traffic, lead generation, and profit scaling. This is not a “set up campaigns and wait” role — this is about aggressively testing, optimizing, and scaling what works. You will take ownership of significant ad budgets, build and optimize high-converting funnels, and play a key role in scaling our business. Long-term, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own media buying team. What You’ll Do: Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google, Meta & Taboola Manage and scale budgets from €5k up to €100k per month Report performance, insights, and strategy directly to management What You Bring (Must-Have): 2–3 years experience in Lead Gen (no pure eCommerce background) Proven track record of profitable campaigns Solid tracking knowledge (Voluum, Binom, RedTrack, etc.) Strong understanding of business models in B2C lead generation Experience in key verticals such as Telco, Insurance, and Energy Existing network of traffic sources, agencies, or affiliate partners Ambition to grow, scale, and eventually build your own team What Sets You Apart: You think in profit, not clicks You move fast and make decisions based on data You know when to kill campaigns — no emotional attachment You understand lead quality, not just volume Strong ownership mentality (“own the number”) Leadership potential and team mindset Languages: English (fluent, mandatory) German (nice to have) Additional languages are a plus (FR, ES, IT, etc.) Work Setup: Remote optional High ownership, high impact environment — no micromanagement Important: If you can’t show real profitable campaigns, this role is not for you.
